Choosing a room

The July 2026 room references list a 46-square-metre Deluxe Ocean View, a 78-square-metre Premium Ocean Suite, and 303 sea-facing rooms with balconies. The complete current inventory has not been reverified. Check the exact category on Hilton’s rooms page and in your quote.

Compare the room diagram, bed configuration and balcony. A higher floor, a separate living room and Executive Lounge access are different upgrades. If someone needs to sleep while another stays awake, check for a closing door between the spaces. Ask whether refurbishment work affects your room or floor.

One pool and four dining stops

There is one infinity swimming pool, on level 16 beside Shore. Check pool access and opening times for an early arrival or late departure; a restaurant reservation does not include swimming.

Check Hilton’s dining options and reserve the specific venue. Ask about indoor alternatives if rain affects the terrace.

Mall access and the public beach

Direct lift access to Central Pattaya connects the hotel with shopping, the cinema and food court. The public beach is across Beach Road; it is not a private resort beach. Check the entrance-to-beach route if road crossings are important for mobility or a stroller.

The wave-inspired interiors

The hotel opened on 29 November 2010. Department of Architecture’s original public interiors use suspended fabric, flowing lines and changing light to evoke waves. The ArchDaily project profile describes that design, not the current condition of a room.

Dated guest feedback

The July 2026 guest-review snapshot includes praise for location, cleanliness, views and staff, alongside concerns about value, busy lifts, breakfast temperature, bathroom doors and deposits. Their frequency was not independently measured. Use these as questions for the hotel and compare recent feedback before booking.

July ratings and source limits

The July snapshot records Tripadvisor at 4.4/5 across 3,649 reviews, Booking.com at 9.2/10 from 949 stays, Agoda at 9.1/10 across 14,101 reviews, and Expedia at 9.4/10 from 1,007 reviews.

These are dated platform figures, not current ratings or an editorial score. Their populations overlap and use different scales; the totals are not independent votes. The comments do not predict an individual stay.

Compare the city tower with a resort stay

For a holiday organised around slides, compare the actual activity inclusions at Centara Grand Mirage. For a different beach location, inspect InterContinental Pattaya and Cape Dara. Compare the same guest count, meal plan and cancellation terms; these links do not establish a price or quality ranking.

Does the location fit your trip?

Count the journeys the mall and Beach Road position saves, and those you will still need. If most days will be spent at a water park, on Koh Larn or elsewhere along the coast, compare the full daily transport and hotel cost.

What to settle before paying

Rate and meals

Use a live quote for your dates, party size and room category. Check breakfast, lounge access, cancellation and deposit terms; save the inclusions with the reservation.

Family rooms

Choose the confirmed connecting-room option if the connection is essential. Two ordinary reservations do not express the same requirement. Confirm crib and childcare availability, ages and charges.

Children’s charges

The operator says under-18s may share a parent’s bed without a room charge, but describes extra-bed/crib or breakfast fees for children over five. Supply every child’s age and ask for the sleeping arrangement and meals to be priced explicitly.

Arrival and transport

Check-in is from 15:00; check-out is by 12:00. Self-parking is complimentary, secured and covered. No valet or airport shuttle is listed. Arrange your transfer and ask about early access and luggage storage.

Room, rate and design source details

The rooms page read on 7 September 2026 did not expose a complete category inventory. Room sizes and the 303-room figure therefore remain July references. The earlier ฿6,000–6,500 starting estimate was not a live quote and is not a current budget.

The ArchDaily project record was accessed in July 2026. It explains the original interiors; no fresh inspection of maintenance or room condition is claimed. The September operator address uses postcode 20260, correcting the older 20150 record.
