Lewiinski's

Lewiinski's is one of Pattaya's cult guesthouses: a dozen simple rooms above a long-running bar-restaurant on Soi 13/3 (Pattayaland Soi 1), the short lane between Beach Road and Second Road at the nightlife end of town. It has been a fixture with repeat visitors for decades, and the formula hasn't changed — cheap beds, a proper full English/Irish breakfast served downstairs, cold beer, sports on the TV and staff who remember the regulars. The location is the other half of the appeal: Pattaya Beach is around five minutes' walk one way and Walking Street a couple of minutes the other, with 7-Elevens, restaurants and the Soi 13 bar sois all on the doorstep. Rooms go for roughly US$20–25 a night, and at that price you get exactly what you'd expect: clean, basic, older rooms that do the job for sleeping off a night out rather than lounging in. Light sleepers should pack earplugs — this block sits in the middle of the bar district and stays lively late. It suits solo travellers and nightlife-first veterans far better than families or anyone wanting resort trimmings.

LK Residence

LK Residence is the current name of the 68-room LK Group property formerly called LK Renaissance. Its accommodation includes studios and one-bedroom suites, with kitchenettes in the larger rooms.
