A good Pattaya nightlife weekend needs two distinct routes, not a race through a list. Keep the first night central for a rooftop and South Pattaya, then give the second to Na Jomtien before returning for live music. The mornings are deliberately light because a packed daytime schedule makes the second night poor value.

Day 1 — Horizon and Walking Street
Use the morning for sleep and a late breakfast. During the afternoon, stay close to the hotel: a pool session or an easy stretch of Jomtien is enough. Go for food and music rather than another venue crawl. Recent reviews describe a house band, but schedules change; anyone wanting quiet conversation should finish elsewhere.
How to budget it
Split the budget into four envelopes: Horizon, the Na Jomtien car journeys, Cave, and everything after. Horizon is the only stop here with an operator menu detailed enough to quote confidently. For Cave, ask about current table conditions when reserving. For Hops, the cost can be kept visible by ordering a round or dish at a time.
Walking Street does not require a fixed admission budget. Decide the maximum cash spend in advance, keep a payment card separate, and review each bill before paying. Do not use a running tab when the group is already tired. This is less about bargain hunting than avoiding an unclear total at the end of the night.
Safety without spoiling the weekend
