Horizon Rooftop Bar occupies Level 34 of Hilton Pattaya above Central Festival Pattaya Beach. The Hilton page identifies the operator venue, while the Thai Wongnai article gives the route through the mall, the venue phone 038 253 000 and a 17:00-01:00 schedule. The venue’s outdoor terrace and Infinity Bar make the late-afternoon arrival window useful, but weather can change the value of an outdoor table.

Hours, dress and sunset planning

Hilton’s current page publishes food service from 16:00 to 01:00, checked 7 September 2026. The older Thai-language article says 17:00–01:00. Use the operator’s reservation time for an early meal and ask separately about terrace or bar arrangements; a kitchen window is not a promise that every seating area operates throughout it. The older Hilton listing described smart-casual dress, so confirm any current requirements when reserving.

The Thai source says drivers can park on level 2 of Central Festival before going up to the hotel venue. Save the phone number before leaving the hotel or beach area, and ask whether the table, terrace and current promotion you want are available on the date of your visit. The live operator menu is now available; check it again before ordering because dishes and prices can change.

A light bite or a full rooftop dinner

The official menu, checked 7 September 2026, lists house fries at ฿390, salt-and-pepper squid at ฿430, and charcuterie for two at ฿990. These are listed food prices, not a per-person package or a confirmed final bill including service and tax. Ask about those additions and any minimum spend with the table request.

Hilton describes both indoor seating and an open-air terrace. If the view is the reason for paying rooftop prices, specify the table area and ask what happens if rain closes the terrace. For a longer dinner, reserve first; for a short stop, compare the drinks and small-plate total before committing. The hotel lists no valet parking, so drivers should arrange self-parking and confirm the lift route. Step-free access to a particular terrace table has not been verified here.
