The Office 3 label belongs to a Chaiyaphruek-area map record, but Expat Car Rent’s current website sends customers to 144/16 Moo 10 on Thappraya Road. A May 2025 ASEAN NOW discussion independently described the business at the Thepprasit–Thappraya junction. Those two sources make the Thappraya location the sensible collection point; the Office 3 coordinates are useful only as a historical branch reference.

What the operator currently offers

Expat Car Rent lists small cars, sedans, pickups, SUVs, seven-seat vehicles and PHEV/EV models. The operator says its rentals include first-class insurance and unlimited kilometres, with English and Thai service. Its current published schedule is daily 09:00–17:00.

The booking conditions need attention. Small vehicles have a stated two-day minimum and ฿5,000 refundable deposit. Seven-seat vehicles, pickups and SUVs have a three-day minimum and ฿7,000 deposit; PHEV and EV bookings have a three-day minimum and ฿10,000 deposit. These are published terms, so verify the live price, insurance excess and vehicle availability before handing over money.

One website discrepancy worth knowing

The separate booking site still displays daily 08:45–16:30 and a general three-day minimum. It also carries older site material, while the main site shows a newer vehicle-specific policy. Use the main site as the starting point, but ask the company to confirm the exact rule for your model and dates in writing.

For a short Pattaya stay, choose this operator only if the minimum period fits your plan and you can collect from Thappraya Road. Skip the Office 3 pin entirely: it is not a reliable current destination.
