Tip4Buy is a historical Harbor Pattaya electronics listing, not a confirmed current shop. Pattaya Mail reported in April 2016 that the business had moved to the then-new Harbor Pattaya on Pattaya Klang Road, beside Foodland. The report described professional video security, alarms, GPS and tracking systems, dashboard cameras, gadgets and Android TV boxes.

The location needs care. Pattaya Mail placed the shop by the car-park exit on the third floor in 2016. A February 2017 ASEAN NOW discussion instead directed readers to the fourth floor at the car-park end. Both place it in Harbor Pattaya, but the conflicting floor details are old enough that neither should be used for a current visit.

What the historical sources show

The 2016 report says Tip4Buy demonstrated Android TV boxes and offered setup assistance. It also recorded then-current prices for its streaming products, but those figures are a decade old and are not useful as a buying guide today. A 2017 discussion recommends the shop for camera systems and describes staff demonstrations; that is community experience, not an operator warranty.
