What is inside
Central Marina was designed as a "fisherman's village" of low buildings around open walkways, and Central Pattana relaunched it in late 2024 as a "day-to-night lifestyle outlet" with a beach theme and photo spots. Its launch announcement promised discounts of up to 70 per cent and named these among the outlets:
- A Nike Factory Store, the first in Pattaya, and Adidas and Puma outlets.
- Skechers, Supersports and Pan & Arena outlets, and a New Balance outlet due in 2025.
- Naraya bags and Hug Craft souvenirs, for gifts to take home.
The same announcement described the Marina Night Market, with more than 100 local food vendors and restaurants and cultural shows at weekends. Central Pattana's older property page also names a Big C hypermarket and a cinema among its anchors; the 2024 launch does not mention them, so check before you go for either.
Opening hours
The two sources from the operator disagree. Its branch page, checked on 1 October 2026, gives 11:00 to 22:00 every day. Its launch announcement of 27 November 2024 promised shopping until midnight every day, with the evening market as the late part.
Take 22:00 as the time for the outlet shops, and check the mall's own channels before you plan a late evening around the market. Entry is free.
Getting there
Central Marina is on Second Road in North Pattaya, a short way south of Terminal 21 Pattaya and the Dolphin Roundabout. Second Road carries traffic north, so a shared songthaew (baht bus) up Second Road from Central Pattaya passes it; from Beach Road, walk one block inland.

- Visitors staying in North Pattaya who want an evening out close to their hotel.
- Anyone pairing it with Terminal 21: the two are close enough for one outing.
Check sizes and the receipt before you leave: outlet stock is often end-of-line, and returns rules differ from shop to shop. The evening market is outdoors, so in heavy rain an enclosed mall is more comfortable.

Terminal 21 Pattaya is a short way north. Art in Paradise and the Alcazar cabaret are on Second Road in North Pattaya too, and the northern end of Pattaya Beach is a block away.

Yes. Central Pattana relaunched Central Marina as Central Marina Outlet in November 2024, on the same site on Second Road in North Pattaya. Older maps and drivers may still say Central Marina.

Little is built for them: it is an outlet mall with an evening market. The market's weekend shows and the open walkways suit a short family stroll, but for indoor play, Terminal 21 Pattaya up the road has a HarborLand branch.
