A January 2024 Association of Chonburi Attractions record also lists “Upside down Pattaya” among businesses closed after the impact of COVID. That is meaningful local evidence, but the later open display prevents a simple conclusion unless the operator confirms what is happening now.
What is verified
The location is 19/32 Moo 7, Na Chom Thian, Sattahip, Chon Buri 20250. Multiple sources place the attraction there, and a public environmental record independently describes the physical site. The older Central Pattaya area label was incorrect and has been changed to Na Jomtien.
The historical concept is also clear. Furnished rooms were installed upside down so visitors could pose and rotate their photographs, creating the appearance of standing on a ceiling or wall. Older travel material also describes outdoor photo and activity elements.
Those facts identify what and where the attraction was. They do not establish that visitors can enter today.

The closure side has more than one signal: the dated local association record and Tripadvisor’s current permanently-closed display.
