Keep that ticket-flow instruction separate from walk-in access and from each promotion’s own validity terms.

The operator identifies the Pattaya attraction as managed by Minor Sky Rider Company Limited, with 10 attractions in the complex, more than 300 oddity collections, daily hours of 10:00-22:00, and phone +66 38 710 294-8. Its current page also lists an 11:30 showtime. The Thai Royal Garden Plaza page gives the same 218 Moo 10 address but lists mall hours of 11:00-22:00, creating a practical opening-time contradiction: the attraction advertises a 10:00 start, while the host mall advertises 11:00. Confirm the attraction’s door time when booking an early visit.

What’s inside

The current official ticket page adds a booking-channel boundary for Thai customers: after an online purchase, send the booking-confirmation email to the official LINE account @ripleyspattaya to reserve seats. One dated ticket offer is valid only on 26 July 2026, so do not turn that promotion date into a general admission rule; confirm the selected offer and visit date directly before paying.

Start with the Ripley’s Odditorium, which holds more than 300 oddities including shrunken heads, optical illusions, record-breaking artefacts and the “believe it or not” stories the brand is built on. Around it, the complex bundles a rotating line-up of attractions:

It is a separate attraction in the complex, so its inclusion still depends on the selected ticket package rather than the general Ripley’s admission label.

The operator’s attraction descriptions add two current-content details: The Lost Pyramid is framed around an Egyptian quest and mysteries said to be more than 4,700 years old, while Playneo is presented as an interactive, motion-led experience for solo visitors or groups. A 2026 KTC promotion supplies the clearer bundle boundary: its Combo 3 and Combo 5 offers exclude Haunted Adventure, Horror Hospital and The Lost Pyramid, while Combo 7 permits only one of The Lost Pyramid or Horror Hospital. An Expedia activity listing adds a current ticketing boundary: Playneo temporarily replaces the Moving Theater, and the Moving Theater 9DX is not accessible. The current official ticket page adds a dated package boundary to the headline combo advice. It lists a four-attraction Thai Teaw Thai package at THB 750 and an eight-attraction pass at THB 950, both promoted through 31 August 2026 when booked at least one day ahead. The page also lists The Garden Escape from 25 July with entry prohibited for children under eight, and gives the same under-eight restriction for The Lost Pyramid. These age rules apply to those attractions, not automatically to every attraction in the complex.

The same ticket page says online tickets become valid after the confirmation email and e-ticket arrive, are valid for 30 days from the eligible date, include VAT and service charge, and are non-refundable or non-exchangeable. It also says the remaining value cannot be exchanged for cash or credit. That creates a practical contradiction with any assumption that a multi-attraction pass is a flexible open-date voucher: check the exact promotion’s validity before paying.

The current official ticket page adds a stricter booking boundary for its dated promotion: online purchase should be made at least 24 hours before the visit, and Thai-resident offers require one qualifying document per person at entry. That conflicts with the Expedia activity listing’s one-hour same-day booking signal, so use the official ticket page for the selected offer and do not assume a last-minute online purchase will qualify.

The current official homepage keeps the operator identity concrete as Minor Sky Rider Company Limited, repeats the 10-attraction complex and more than 300 oddity collections, and shows a 11:30 showtime alongside its daily hours. The homepage’s 10:00-22:00 banner and its 11:00-22:00 contact text are not identical, so use the ticket date and the operator’s current door-time signal rather than assuming the mall’s hours settle the attraction opening.

How the tickets work

This is the key thing to understand: single attractions are expensive (up to around ฿800 each), so buying them one at a time adds up fast. The value lies in the combo packages — 3, 5 or all 7 attractions bundled together — with online prices starting around ฿696 for a multi-attraction pass. Book in advance online and you’ll pay noticeably less than the per-attraction gate price, and skip the ticket line too.

Decide roughly how many attractions you actually want before you buy, then pick the matching bundle. A family doing the odditorium, waxworks and a maze will get far more for their money from a package than from three separate tickets.

KTC also reserves the right to limit, suspend, amend or cancel it without prior notice, so treat the promotion as an eligibility-bound counter offer rather than the general walk-in price.

It’s central, indoor, weatherproof and open until 22:00 — a rare combination in Pattaya. That makes it a genuine multi-purpose option: a midday-heat escape, a rainy-day plan, or an after-dinner activity when the beach day is done. And because it’s inside Royal Garden Plaza, you can fold it into shopping and food without going anywhere.
