What you see
One ticket covers three parts on one site, which the park's own site describes this way:
- The stone park: gardens of rocks in odd shapes, some weighing up to 90 tonnes, with old trees trained in the Thai style, some more than 200 years old, and petrified trees.
- The crocodile farm: freshwater and saltwater crocodiles in large ponds; the park calls its saltwater crocodiles the largest group in Thailand.
- The zoo: a pair of white tigers and other animals in separate enclosures.
The two sources disagree on the age of the petrified trees: the park's site says more than 100 million years, and the Tourism Authority of Thailand's Tokyo office says more than a million years, the figure in the park's name.
Most of the visit is a walk on open paths between the gardens, the ponds and the enclosures, with the crocodile show as the fixed point.
Crocodile shows and animal activities
The park's show page lists crocodile shows at 09:00, 10:00, 11:00, 13:00, 14:00, 15:00, 16:00 and 17:00 every day. It also gives 17:00 as closing time, so do not count on the last show: arrive by mid-afternoon and plan around an earlier one. A ticket seller's listing says the entry ticket includes all the shows.
Visitor reviews on Tripadvisor describe paid activities as well: feeding crocodiles from a rod, feeding giraffes and elephants, and photographs with tigers. The same reviews include complaints about chained elephants, tigers kept in small cages and the handling of crocodiles in the show. Tripadvisor states that the business does not currently meet its animal welfare policy, and that experiences linked to it are not sold on Tripadvisor or Viator.
Decide before you go whether you want to pay for close contact with the animals. For the questions to ask at any animal attraction, see elephant sanctuaries near Pattaya.
Tickets and opening hours
The park's own site, checked on 1 October 2026, gives opening hours of 08:00 to 17:00 every day but no prices. The Tourism Authority of Thailand's Tokyo office lists 500 baht for adults and 250 baht for children 90 to 120 cm tall, with children under 90 cm free, and no closing day. On the same date, a ticket seller offered entry for a non-Thai adult at 350 baht online, to be booked at least 30 minutes before you use it.
Feeding and photographs with animals are not part of the entry price in visitors' reports. If you want them, ask the price at the counter before you pay.
Getting there
The park is in Nong Pla Lai, in Bang Lamung district, inland from the city and about 15 minutes by car from Pattaya Beach, according to the Tourism Authority of Thailand's Tokyo office. It is off the baht-bus routes, so take a taxi or a ride-hailing car, give the driver the full address, and arrange the ride back before you go in.
Frost Magical Ice of Siam, the ice dome, is also in Nong Pla Lai, so one car can cover both: the stone park in the morning, then a cold hour indoors in the heat of the day. For rides, see getting around Pattaya.
Who it suits
It suits families with children who want animals and a garden walk in one short outing, and anyone curious about the rock gardens and the trained trees. Most of it is outdoors with little cover, so go early, bring hats and water, and keep the visit to two hours or so with young children.
It suits you less if you would rather not watch animal shows. A larger open zoo is Khao Kheow Open Zoo, north of Pattaya in Si Racha district, which fills most of a day.
Questions
Is the Pattaya Crocodile Farm the same as the Million Years Stone Park?
Yes. The crocodile farm, the rock gardens and the small zoo are one attraction on one site in Nong Pla Lai, with one entry ticket.
What time is the crocodile show?
The park's site lists shows every day at 09:00, 10:00, 11:00, 13:00, 14:00, 15:00, 16:00 and 17:00. Since it also closes at 17:00, plan around an earlier show.
How much is the Million Years Stone Park ticket?
The Tourism Authority of Thailand's Tokyo office lists 500 baht for adults and 250 baht for children 90 to 120 cm tall; under 90 cm is free. In October 2026 a ticket seller offered a non-Thai adult ticket online for 350 baht. Animal feeding and photographs are extra.
Can I visit Frost and the Stone Park on the same day?
Yes. Both are in Nong Pla Lai, inland from the city. Keep one car for both, do the outdoor park first while it is cooler, and bring a warm layer for the ice dome.
